Rachel Lubega

Rachel Lubega is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. She is skilled in business planning, performance management and human resource management. She is passionate with working with the youth and has contributed to their economic empowerment through her company for over 18 years. She is involved in empowering, inspiring and motivating youth an enduring and
rewarding process of gradually remoulding their mindsets.

Rachel holds a Masters in Public Administration & Management (MUK). She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (Makerere University. She has done a one-year intensive women entrepreneur training program called Vital Voices Global Partnership, an International NGO founded by former 1st Lady of U. S, Ms. Hilary Clinton (2015/2016). She has done a mentorship 2-year training Course with Cherie Blair Foundation (2016-
2018) and completed a business resilience Course with Cherie Blair Foundation
(2020).

She has worked with several companies and in different managerial positions including Sembule Investment Bank (now Bank of Africa), as a cashier, loans officer and Supervisor and in Sembule Steel Mills as Administration officer then Human Resource Manager. She is the Board Secretary on the Uganda Association of Incentives and Industry and is the Vice Chairperson of Mpererwe Development SACCO.
